Why we check, and what we check
A casino operating inside a hotel comes with one rule that never bends: the floor is for adults. Rather than hide the casino behind softer words, we put the age question in front of everything and explain it here.
No entry, and no exception.
A guest under 18 cannot cross into the Salón Mirador, and we will not walk you through a casino site either. Our door team has turned away the children of regular guests and will do it again. If gambling has started to cost you more than money, two independent services answer at any hour: gamblingtherapy.org and gamblersanonymous.org.
- Eighteen is the minimum, and where local rules set the bar higher, the higher age applies instead.
- At the casino door the team reads a passport, a national ID card or a driving licence. A photograph of a document on a phone is refused.
- The check happens on every visit, including guests the hosts greet by first name and guests whose age is in no doubt.
- A family with teenagers is welcome to book a room, eat in both restaurants and swim in the salt pools. The casino floor stays closed to anyone under 18, parent alongside or not.
- Before you play, a casino host can agree a time limit or a ceiling on spending with you, or put a confidential break in place.
- This site is a description of a building and the casino inside it. There is nothing here to play, no wager to place and no money to move.
