These terms cover your use of the Solara Vista Casino Resort website. Passing the age question at the entrance means you accept them. If you would rather not, close the tab and nothing further happens.
Adults only
A land-based casino operates inside this hotel, so the site is published for adults aged 18 and over, or older where the local minimum age is higher. Confirming your age at the entrance is a statement that you meet it. Confirming it falsely gives nobody a right of entry to the casino floor, where photo identification is read in person on every visit.
No gambling is offered on this website
- These pages contain no casino games, no simulations and no demonstration play.
- They accept no bets, stakes or wagers of any size.
- They take no deposits, hold no balances and process no payments.
- They describe a physical building, its rooms and the casino floor inside it. That is the whole purpose.
Everything written about here takes place at the property, in person, during the hours stated on the resort page.
Accuracy, and what is not an offer
We keep these pages current, but room measurements, menus, opening hours and the week's events all move around. Nothing published here is an offer, a reservation or a promise that a room, a table or a seat will be available. A stay is confirmed when reception confirms it to you in writing, and not before.
Our content
The text, the layout, the stylesheet, the drawn graphics and the name Solara Vista belong to the resort. Read the pages, print them, send the links to anyone. Do not republish the copy, lift the design or trade under the name without written permission.
Links that leave the site
We link to three independent gambling-support organisations. Those sites are not ours, we have no say in what they publish and we cannot be responsible for it. The links are there because the organisations behind them do useful work.
Conduct at the property
House rules apply across the resort, and the six rules of the casino floor apply in the Salón Mirador. Staff may refuse entry to, or ask to leave, any person who cannot produce valid identification, who is drunk, who behaves aggressively towards guests or staff, or who is trying to get around a self-exclusion they signed.
Availability of the website
We intend to keep the site online and do not promise that it always will be. Pages may be taken down for maintenance, rewritten or removed without notice.
Liability
The site is published as it stands. So far as the law allows, we accept no liability for loss that follows from relying on what is written here. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud where the law does not permit such a limit.
Governing law
